“STOP MAKING EXCUSES,” that’s what had to tell myself to make this blog post actually happen. Have you ever been there? If so, I’m sure you would agree that it’s a frustrating place to be. BUT, I’ve found there are 5 specific ways I wind up being able to successfully motivate myself to stop making excuses and I thought I would share these with you today.

The Importance of Journaling (and a Challenge!)

For me, journaling is a way to get things out of my mind and out onto a piece of paper so I don't have to remember it anymore or as a way to sort through something that’s been bothering me. It’s an amazing tool that has helped me grow as a person while revealing some interesting thoughts and feelings. I typically like to journal 3 different ways...
